Boil rice – it will take 15 minutes. Cut all the vegetables into small cubes, put into a saucepan and simmer over medium heat, pouring a little water to the vegetables so that they don’t burn. When the rice is ready, add it to the vegetable mixture and dress with the soy sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes.

  • 5 lb. pumpkin
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic

Cooking method:

Cut the pumpkin and carrots into small cubes; add chopped garlic and onion. Then add salt and pepper to taste, you can also throw some dried herbs in (basil, oregano). Mix all the ingredients in a deep frying pan, pour olive oil and stir. Bake in the oven at 220 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

  • 1 lb. beef
  • ½t tsp. salt

Cooking method:

Cut the beef (better if it’s slightly frostbitten) into very thin strips, put the slices into a saucepan and fry for 2-3 minutes without oil over high heat, then reduce the heat and simmer for about 10 minutes – if necessary, add a little water. Add salt and pepper to taste at the end.
