1. Drink plenty of water
You need to prevent your body from getting dehydrated. Do carry bottles of water with you if you are going out for a duration longer than an hour or so. Install a Ro filter or a water purifier for home to get clean and purified water. Avoid drinking water from outside.
2. Apart from water, try out fruit juices

Between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm, it’s best to stay out of the sun, since its ultraviolet rays are at their peak. Use a sunscreen lotion with SPF (sun protection factor) half-an-hour before you step out; reapply every 4-6 hours.
